Initiate the app

To use Boostlingo AI Pro Beta app with Zoom during your meeting:

• Click on Apps and select Boostlingo AI Pro Betaw
• If you don't have a user yet, you will be prompted to agree to Boostlingo Terms & Conditions and create an account. The creation of the account is automatic once you click on Allow

Setup the captions

• If you have a user already, or after having created one, you will access Boostlingo AI Pro Beta console. Here you can:
  • Allow or disable captions if other users in the call would like to activate captions
  • Determine the language that is going to be spoken. Currently Boostlingo AI Pro Beta only supports English and Spanish as input languages.
  • Determine the languages to translate the captions into (optional). Here you can select as many as you need
  • Start the captions

Use the captions

Once started, the captions will be displayed in the app window

• If you have selected additional languages, you can pick from the list and add more.
• To invite your users to see the captions, you can use the invite button on the top right and then select the users you'd like to invite.

• If you click on Pause, you can pause the captions momentarily. The Boostlingo AI Pro Beta automation will remain connected for 1 minute before disconnecting.
• When you wish to end the captions, simply click on "End session"
