Planning a session

To plan a session, click on Plan Session on the top right menu of your portal. This will open the create session menu, with the following options:

• Session name: to easily name your session
• Session type: toggle between
  • Open: any user with the link will be able to see the live captions
  • Closed: only logged users can access the link
• Spoken language: choose your input language
• Translated languages: add as many languages you need to translate your captions
• Dictionary: select a dictionary from your organization available dictionaries

Once your session is created it will appear in your Active session section. You can start it by clicking on "Go to session".
