Managing glossaries

Boostlingo AI Pro Beta gives you the flexibility to have two different sets of glossaries. The goal of the glossaries is to recognize specific words in your session and display them as they should be written. You can reach the glossaries page on the left navigation menu.

In the glossaries page you can define:

• Personal glossary: this glossary is linked to each specific user. To add a keyword, you can just type it in and click on Enter.

• Organization glossary: these glossaries are defined at organization level and they can be used by any user in that organization when planning a session

You can Add new dictionary, Edit an existing one, or remove it. As an example, let's say you're hosting a session about a new drug being launched. You can create a new dictionary that will ensure that the disease name and medication name are correctly recognized.
