Recommended audio settings for Zoom

To get the best out of AI Pro app and enhance the captioning accuracy in Zoom, make sure you follow these steps:

• Locate the Audio Settings from the audio menu at the bottom left of Zoom interface

• If you are using a headset with microphone (recommended for best audio quality), you can select "Personalized Audio Isolation"

• If you don't have a headset, you can select "Zoom background noise removal" and select "Auto". Please note that we highly recommend the use of a headset with external microphone as Zoom noise removal might compress some audio, making it difficult to caption to works accurately
