How to avoid double audio in Zoom and MS Teams

When using Boostlingo AI Pro within Zoom or Microsoft Teams, you or other participants may want to access the audio interpretation feature by clicking the headset icon.

To ensure a smooth experience and avoid double audio, follow these steps:

1. Share the session QR code
   Click the Share button and display the session QR code on your screen.

2. Join from a second device
   Use your phone or tablet to scan the QR code and open the session.

3. Select your interpretation language
   Choose the language you wish to listen to and start the interpretation audio on your phone.
   Tip: If you’re not using headphones, make sure you’re muted in Zoom or MS Teams to prevent echo.

4. Mute your computer audio
   This ensures you only hear the interpreted audio through your phone.
